The Bulk Building Workout (day 3) Muscle Building program
ByYou guys asked, now you got it. Here is the 3rd day of Vince Delmonte’s Bulk Building workout.
Again this isn’t for the faint of heart. Day 3 is a hips day which includes the Glutes, Hamstrings and Lower Back.
This isn’t the program Vince used to gain 41lbs in 6 months but its a damn good workout if you’ve been lifting for a little while.
